You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item(s). If it falls outside the return period, the items can not be returned.
If we receive an item that does not meet te following return conditions, we can unfortunately can not accept your return. And we will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.
- The item can not be worn
- The item must be returned in it's original packaging.
- Cards and/or labels must still be attached in their original place.
These items cannot be returned: -
- Sale items
- Earrings ( for hygienic reasons)
The return costs are for your own account. As calculated by the postal services. Send your return with a track & trace code so that your package can always be followed properly. Do not forget to keep your return receipt.
If you want to return an item please fill out the customer service form with the order number & the reason of your return. Our customer support team will send a return form with the return address to you which you have to fill out and include in the package that you are sending to us.
Every item we sold comes with a three month warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage which have not been provoked by an incorrect use of the item. We will carefully study if, by any chance, the defects have been caused by an improper use of the piece(s).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
