You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully.
- All orders made during sale are final and therefore not possible to be returned,
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Cost for returning are for the customer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Return policy watches
Watches must not be activated
The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them with all protective layers.
We use a standard button cell battery in all of our watches. The battery lasts at least 2 years. After this you can replace the battery in most watch and fine jewelry stores.
Please notify us via customer care email@example.com before sending back your order.
- Send us a email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, reason of returning.
Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number and save it) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.

Your watch is warranted for six months against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Coverage is only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for pieces purchased new and does not cover damage caused by misuse, general wear & mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted via email then by returning the goods to Glennies Jewelry. We will repair or replace the faulty watch that are covered by the warranty and send the watch back to you at our expense of postage costs within a reasonable timeframe. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases: * The product has been damaged by inheritance or improper use (such as scratches or damage from a fall) * Damage caused by repairs or adjustments made by a third party without prior authorization from Rosefield * Damage or disturbances caused by water or fire (contact with water must be avoided) * External changes caused by normal use of the product, such as discoloration of the leather straps, scratches on the case or glass, etc. * Replacement of the battery, even if it needs to be replaced during the warranty period
JEWELRY WARRANTYYou have a product warranty of 30 days, from the moment you have received the product(s). Have you received broken products (doa) or the wrong product(s)? You could then contact our customer support through email (email@example.com. Don’t forget to attach at least one picture of the broken or wrong product(s).
Please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order if your jewelry is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty. So we can help and find the right solution for you.
